Ruth works freelance as a copywriter and marketing communications specialist. Her clients include sales and marketing consultancies including Adara Associates and Axiall.

She does the marketing for Anytime Fitness, the largest and fastest growing fitness club chain in the world which currently has four clubs in the UK.

The Society for Location Analysis is a small not-for-profit networking for site location professionals which Ruth coordinates, organises events, maintains the website and social media communications.

She is also doing the PR for Bucks Open Studios, an organisation which promotes art in Buckinghamshire with a fortnight extravaganza of art in June every year where artists and makers exhibit their work, demonstrate their craft and let the public have a try.

She also writes regular articles and features about living with allergies and food intolerances. Her allergy blog, www.whatallergy.com was voted in the top 5 allergy blogs in the UK in 2011 and she is one of the guest judges at the Free From Food Awards 2012.

In her spare time she enjoys cycling, yoga, tennis, reading (Member of Wendover Reading Group), and writing. She writes short stories, articles and poems about anything and everything, but especially allergies and intolerances and is also a member of the Chiltern Writers’ Group and the Features Editor for my local village bi-monthly magazine – The Ellesborough Magazine.
